In this webinar, we'll share sales tax considerations for tribal governments and Native American-owned businesses, including general sales tax rules, economic nexus, construction contracts taxability, and exemption availability on and off tribal lands. In addition, we'll review contracts with federal, state, and local governments; court cases; and gross receipt tax states and applicability.
