The Main Street lending program was created by the Federal Reserve in early April to help larger, financially solid businesses negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, the Federal Reserve has made significant updates based on feedback to the Main Street program to make it more attractive for both borrowers and lenders. BKD will review Main Street's borrower details to help businesses determine if this is a viable solution for liquidity needs.
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Describe borrower eligibility requirements
- Identify which Main Street program is right for their company
- Discuss what other restrictions apply
