Creating & Using Smartlists in Dynamics GP

SmartList and SmartList Designer are two pieces of the reporting puzzle in Dynamics GP. These modules enable organizations to create reports that can be used to query the data in the system. SmartLists can be exported to Excel for further analysis. SmartList Designer is a module that comes with GP and enables users to create new SmartLists as well as Excel Reports. This webinar is going to focus on using SmartList Designer to build SmartLists.

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the purpose of SmartList Designer
  • Describe how to create SmartLists using GP tables
  • Recall how to create SmartLists using SQL views
