BKD Named to Training Top 125 for Seventh Straight Year
NATIONAL OFFICE – Training magazine has named BKD CPAs & Advisors to its Top 125 list for the seventh consecutive year. BKD is ranked 52 on the list, which grades companies by the effectiveness of their employee development programs.
“BKD’s focus on strategic training and development is part of our commitment to providing Unmatched Client Service®. Our L&D team puts a lot of thought and care into helping make sure each BKD Trusted Advisor™ has the training and resources they need to provide innovative solutions to clients,” said BKD CEO Ted Dickman.
To be considered for inclusion in the Training Top 125, companies complete a detailed application. Judges determine the finalists by assessing a variety of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, development programs and how closely programs relate to business goals and objectives.
“One facet of BKD’s mission is to create rewarding career opportunities for its employees,” said BKD Chief Marketing Officer Greg Cole. “Providing programs that help build our team’s technical expertise and professional development is one way we strive to achieve our mission. This recognition reflects the passion our learning and development team has for the continual pursuit of excellence—in service to our people and our clients.”
BKD’s learning and development programs include BKD University (BKDU)—an online learning portal—and live training sessions. BKD live sessions, along with the materials in BKDU, focus on enhancing technical knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as continual improvement as it relates to leadership, ethics, client service and technology.
