SPRINGFIELD, MO – BKD’s International Tax Services team traveled abroad to Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati (Pirola) in Milan, Brescia and Padua in Italy to partner in business internationalization projects and consult in international tax and legal matters. Will James and Rob Wagner, partners in BKD’s International Tax Services division, partnered with Baker Donelson, a U.S. law firm, to present to Italian investors on topics including U.S. tax reform proposals, IRS Large Business and International Division campaigns targeting foreign investor activities in the U.S., important and timely issues regarding tax incentives in the U.S. for Italian investors, as well as transfer pricing policies and relevant documentation.
