Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the Internal Revenue Code sections and administrative guidance related to the outbound aspects of the U.S. international tax system
  • Identify how to determine the quantitative aspects of the related tax technical requirements
  • Discuss how each tax requirement is reported on the related international tax forms, including 5471, 8858, 8975, 8992, 8993, and 1118
