Microsoft Honors Another BKD Technologies Professional

BKD Technologies’ own Christina Phillips, senior managing consultant in the Kansas City office, has received the 2014 Microsoft MVP Award. Microsoft gives the award to exceptional technical community leaders who share their high-quality, real-world expertise with others.

Microsoft MVPs are a select group of experts representing technology’s best and brightest who share a deep commitment to community and a willingness to help others. MVPs also receive early access to technology through a variety of Microsoft programs, keeping them on the cutting edge of the software and hardware industry.

Christina has more than 12 years of training and implementation experience with the Microsoft Dynamics GP software, including Forecaster, FRx/Management Reporter, Human Resources and Payroll and Project Accounting. She is recognized as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and was awarded the Top Instructor Award for Microsoft Dynamics GP in 2008 and 2009.

Christina has been a presenter at conferences on a variety of Dynamics GP-related business intelligence topics and contributed to curriculum and certification exams for Microsoft Learning Certification courses. She also has served as a technical learning guide at a number of Microsoft conferences, is actively involved in Microsoft Dynamics GP User Group (GPUG) and serves on the planning board of GP Partner Connections, the related partner organization.

Christina is a graduate of University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, with a B.A. degree, and a graduate of Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut, with an M.F.A. degree.
