Museums Get Relief in New Aid Package

On December 27, 2020, President Trump signed into law The 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act. This article provides details on the act, which includes $15 billion in grants for live venue operators, theatrical producers or live performing arts organization operators, motion picture theater operators, museum operators, or talent representatives that were in operation on February 29, 2020, and had a 25 percent or greater drop in revenue during any quarter of 2020 as compared to the same quarter of 2019.
