BKD’s Learning & Development (L&D) leaders Gennifer Ramsay and Ellena Stotler presented at the Training Industry Conference & Expo (TICE) in June 2019. More than 450 learning professionals attended the event, which focuses on shaping effective leaders and creating learning programs for the corporate learning world.
BKD’s L&D department helps equip professionals with the tools they need to better serve clients. Gennifer and Ellena shared their true expertise during their presentation, “Using Mindfulness Principles to Increase Learner Retention,” at TICE 2019. Their objectives were to identify uses of mindfulness, articulate mindfulness benefits and incorporate concepts into trainings to increase retention.
