According to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners 2012 Report to the Nations, the typical organization loses up to 5 percent of its annual revenue to fraud each year. Many believe the implementation of an ethics hotline is the single most cost-effective strategy an organization can implement to promote appropriate “tone at the top” and reduce the risk of fraud. In the health care industry, a confidential hotline can be an effective control to assist organizations in combating fraud and being proactive in reducing penalties for noncompliance with health care-related laws and regulations. In this webinar, attendees will learn the ins and outs of establishing an effective hotline and how to use it to its full extent.
