May 26, 2010 – The 2009 Form 990:  Year Two of the Redesigned Forms 

Chances are, your tax-exempt organization has completed or is in the process of completing its first redesigned Form 990.  What should you expect in year two?  Year two will bring new challenges as the transition relief provided for certain schedules in 2008 will expire, and many more organizations will be required to file Form 990 rather than Form 990-EZ.
