Led by Managing Partner Robert J. Pruitt, BKD Bloomington was established in 1984 when the firm Greene & Co. joined BKD. The office consist of approximately 25 personnel, including three partners, who provide CPA and advisory services to more than 1,000 clients and offer focused solutions for individuals and members of the government and not-for-profit, manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, professional services and health care industries.

BKD Bloomington is located in a town noted as “one of the 50 top adventure towns in the nation” by National Geographic Adventures Magazine. The area has an abundance of natural beauty that makes Bloomington a great place for an outdoor excursion, whether it’s a simple day at the beach or a true natural adventure. Home to the state’s largest inland lake, only national forest and a variety of city and county parks, Bloomington has hiking, fishing, boating, biking, kayaking and even hot air ballooning, as well as great beaches and golf courses.
