Medicare Management Training

Our Medicare certification and management training program is tailored to SNF issues. Our five-session Medicare training program strives to help your facility achieve patient-centered management of Medicare through improving compliance, increasing knowledge of regulatory issues and reaching greater efficiency. We create a training environment that encourages employees and simplifies tasks while achieving improved compliance. Our five sessions are:

- Session Two: The Medicare Admission and Inquiry Process
- Session Three: Part A PPS
- Session Four: ICD-9 Coding and Nursing Documentation Guidelines
- Session Five: NEMB, ABN (Denial Process), Quality Assurance and Medical Review
Our team of experienced clinical and operational consultants here developed a SNF Medicare management training manual to support participants through the program and for use as a reference source on Medicare for years following the training. In addition to the manual, we provide CDs containing many sample electronic forms that serve as templates you can tailor for your facility.
