Flexible Benefits Plan - BKD’s optional cafeteria plan allows employees to pay, from before-tax earnings, for portions of their health care expenses not covered by our health care plan (including dental and vision), dependent care expenses and health savings account (HSA) contributions as well as their share of the health, dental and vision insurance premiums.

Transportation Benefits - Eligible employees may use pre-tax dollars to pay monthly parking and mass transit expenses through the firm’s transportation fringe benefit plan.
