Compensation

Compensation - Pay is competitive for each location. Starting amounts are based on our evaluation of scholastic achievement or experience, leadership qualities, initiative and aptitude for public accounting. Performance and compensation are reviewed annually at your anniversary date of hire.

Overnight Travel Award - Employees traveling overnight on firm business are awarded $25 per night in additional compensation.

Referral Bonus Program - Employees are eligible for a bonus if a referred applicant is hired for a full-time position.
