TrainingTo help you advance in your career, BKD’s continuing professional education (CPE) program is tailored to your staff level, skills and abilities. Beginning with Camp BKD for audit and tax staff, our CPE curriculum arms you with the knowledge, tools and techniques needed to help you deliver the BKD Experience of unmatched client service. One of our client service standards is True Expertise. Acquiring True Expertise takes a lifetime. It is, in fact, a journey you share with a firm full of individuals of varied backgrounds and experiences who, through teamwork, can help you learn how to apply your knowledge to client needs. That’s when continual learning becomes valuable to you, BKD and our clients. It’s nothing but win-win-win. As you progress in your career, you’ll have the opportunity to update your skills and expand your knowledge in your chosen field—audit, tax or consulting—and learn about new industry- or service-specific solutions for clients. You also will receive essential training related to coaching, leadership development and other nontechnical topics. Someday, you may even have the opportunity to teach courses to help others at BKD advance their careers. In the end, for BKD, it’s about serving our clients.
