Learn BKD BasicsYou and other newly hired BKDers from throughout the firm come to Springfield, where BKD is headquartered, for an intensive week of technical tax and audit training, balanced with teambuilding activities and other presentations on BKD’s culture, etiquette and People First benefits, to name a few.
The technical training prepares you for your first client assignments by teaching you “the BKD approach” to audit and tax. The other presentations provide useful tips for functioning as an accounting professional in the real business world as well as introducing you to common values, our approach to client service, firmwide programs and initiatives and best practices throughout BKD. Build Lifelong RelationshipsWith lots of fun thrown into the mix, you’ll find your first week at BKD to be unforgettable.
