BKD PCAOB Inspection Report

BKD, LLP underwent inspection by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in late May and early June 2006. The report, issued November 30, stated the inspection team identified no quality control defects that warrant discussion in the inspection report.

BKD is very proud of these findings, which demonstrate BKD’s commitment to the highest standards of audit quality.
