Hi5 is a yearlong campaign celebrating The BKD Experience: Unmatched Client Service. The “Hi” speaks to our common goal of taking client service to new heights. And “5” represents the five standards of unmatched client service.

Driving Our Philosophy Home

One of the country’s largest CPA and advisory firms, BKD is doing more than focusing on customer service in 2012. Our approximately 2,000 partners and employees are going above and beyond to create Hi5 moments for clients. And we’re driving the point home by giving away a Mazda MX-5 Miata roadster to one of the many employees “elevated” this year on the Hi5 Wall of Fame.

The Hi5 Wall of Fame

BKD employees who witness co-workers delivering unmatched client service “elevate” their colleagues on an internal Facebook-style wall by selecting a client service standard and writing a short post. Elevated employees are automatically eligible to win the Mazda MX-5 Miata in a random drawing at the end of the year. The real winners, though, are BKD’s clients, who deserve the highest level of service we provide.
