Regional Industry Leader Named for Health Care

Kimberly McKay has been chosen as the regional industry leader for the North Region of BKD National Health Care Group.
Regional industry leaders are the public face of BKD national industry groups for BKD's three regions. They are prominent advisors and thought leaders in their industry, displaying deep understanding of economic and regulatory trends. They also serve as the driving force behind business development efforts and as advocates for industry professionals on the front lines.
"This is a great opportunity for me to help share best practices with health care organizations throughout BKD's North Region," Kimberly said. "We have an outstanding health care team, and we want to help our clients thrive as the industry undergoes sweeping changes."
Kimberly, a CPA and partner in the Colorado Springs, Colorado, office, has more than 18 years of experience in the health care industry and is actively involved in all aspects of health care services, including accounting and audit services, third-party reimbursement consulting and Medicare/Medicaid cost report preparation.
Kimberly serves on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Health Care Expert Panel and AICPA Health Care Audit Guide Committee. She is a frequent speaker for the Healthcare Financial Management Association, state associations and other organizations.
