Health Care Group Partners with Washington Veteran

NATIONAL OFFICE – Neal Spencer, CEO of BKD, LLP, is proud to announce a new relationship with a well-known Washington attorney, giving the firm an opportunity to expand its national health care thought leadership and provide unmatched client service in an exciting new way.
Respected attorney Larry Oday, stationed in Washington, D.C., recently retired from international law firm Vinson & Elkins LLP. He has a strong reputation and presence in the industry and has agreed to put that reputation, along with his legal expertise and knowledge of the political process, to work for our firm.
At BKD, we recognize the rapid pace of change in health care, and we strive to stay current with new and evolving regulations. Larry gives our firm a presence in the nation’s capital, notifying us of important industry legislation while it moves through the legislative process and after it is enacted, giving our clients a better chance to prepare for changes.
Larry will work with BKD and our recently formed Regulatory Advisory Committee, which will work to interpret and distribute the valuable information he brings to both our clients and the firm.
