BKD Celebrates Promotion of New Managers

NATIONAL OFFICE – Neal Spencer, BKD, LLP chief executive officer, announces the promotion of 20 client service professionals who deliver unmatched client service, embrace the firm’s values and are committed to the accounting industry. The firm’s newest managers, managing consultants and managing advisors will assume their new roles beginning June 1, 2011.
Career paths at BKD are divided into levels, and each position is defined by its own set of duties, responsibilities and competencies requiring cumulative and advanced degrees of education, training and experience. Personnel also must demonstrate their leadership abilities as coaches and mentors, as well as active community members. Individuals are vetted for promotion after successfully mastering their existing level. The following promotions have been ratified by BKD’s Governing Board.
